You may have the most unique business of all.  I reached out to your company in 2018 for help.  My brother had a hoarder living with him in his townhouse in Charleston.  I was looking for someone to clean out the townhouse because we had to find an assisted living place for my brother, who was in the latter stages of Alzheimer's, and evict the hoarder.  Your husband met me in Charleston to assess the situation.  He said we didn't need Diligent Decontamination but rather just a thorough cleaning after all the stuff was removed.  I was immensely grateful not only for his honesty but for his kindness and sensitivity to our situation.
