We work with crime scenes, trauma scenes and scenes following a death or illness. When you contact us to request our services, we only need to know who our contact is, the location you need us to cleanup and the type of service you believe you need. We will then schedule a time we can meet you or someone who will represent you at the scene or near the scene. We generally can respond immediately, no matter the time of day or night. We then will come to the scene and perform an estimate. We will then discuss the scope of work required and get your authorization to perform the services discussed. We recognize the situation that many of our clients are going through at these times and try to limit as much interaction and discussion to avoid any added anguish. We use unmarked work vans and arrive professionally dressed and conduct ourselves as you would hope in these situations. Discretion is a fundamental core value of all of our technicians.
